For the most part, we try to limit our use memes on this site to one week per year. This is that week.
Well, more like this is that day, because you'd be pretty hard-pressed to find many Bulls fans who think basketball season is going to last beyond tonight's game against Rutgers. In fact, KenPom ran the numbers and calculated that USF has a 0.03% chance of winning the American conference tournament. That means if they held this exact tournament 10,000 times, you could expect the Bulls to win three (3) of them.
First, don't do this. Second, $3,030,303.03 with standard vig. "@Bullsusf00: so if I put 1k down in Vegas, what's the payout on 0.03%?"— Jamie (@chuckycrater) March 11, 2014
I don't know about you, but I just want this season to be over so we can find out what happens next and see if there's any chance of USF being a remotely competent team again before we all turn old and gray. Even though the conference tournament is only about two things,
1. Winning, and
it's going to be the five sure-fire NCAA Tournament teams that do nearly all the winning in Memphis. USF, not so much. So savor this meme, because you're not going to get many more of them. Desk Flip Rage Guy, come on down!
See you tomorrow, maybe.
