USF Has A Former Sumo Wrestler On Their Football Team

2

There are a lot of fun "where did they come from" stories in the short history of USF football, but this might be the best of them all. Soslan Gagloev (who wrestled as Wakanoho Toshinori in Japan) came to the U.S. and played for an NAIA team, Webber International, for a couple of years before walking on to this year's USF football team as a defensive tackle. Greg Auman has the story in his blog. God, I hope this guy gets into a game. I would also bid a lot of money on one of his game-worns.
