Bulls Fall 7-3 To St. John's In Big East Championship Game

USF couldn't pull off the miracle comeback out of the loser's bracket. The Bulls led 3-2 going into the sixth, but two straight hit batters led to St. John's taking the lead 4-3 in that inning. In the seventh, a bases-loaded two-out hit by SJU's Bret Dennis put the game out of reach. Still, a great run by the Bulls, and a much better season than last.
