I was howling at Noriega's second three
They basically ran the same play again and I was like, “Here he comes around the screen… he’s going to get the ball again… he’s going to shoot again… how great would it be if he made this one too… AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HE MADE THAT ONE TOO.”

How many games left, and how many can the Bulls conceivably win?
while getting 16 wins is within reach, making the NCAAs is gonna need more, yes? Considering that the Bulls haven’t won many games versus winning teams yet. But on the other hand, the Big East tends to get their top 6-7 schools with invites, so if USF stays in the top of the conference like this…
Time to shamelessly plug my book and short story!
if we get into the NIT we should still consider this an amazing season
the NCAAs would be a miracle. i would compose an epic about this team if they somehow pulled it off

We're looking at a scenario where the team could conceivably win a bunch of games
And yet miss the NCAA. Solid play in the BEast alone doesn’t garner an invite. If the team does get to 17 or 18 (including BEast tourny games) and doesn’t make the cut, let’s all remember games like Auburn, Penn State, UCONN, that were ohsoclose. It’s ok if this team doesn’t go dancing because the resume absolutely does not support it. Let’s consider this season for what it is: an overachievement by a dedicated, gritty team. This is my favorite team in my USF memory (DoJo excluded). I won’t feel robbed if they don’t get in.
Go Bulls!
