BlogPoll Top 25 - End of Regular Season Ballot

Matt Cashore-US PRESSWIRE

Here's where my BlogPoll ballot stands heading into bowl season.

There was a slight amount of movement in this, the final BlogPoll ballot of the regular season. Kansas State added another solid win to their ledger to move back ahead of Ohio State, whose best win was severely cheapened by the outcome of the B1G championship. I kept as much logical consistency as the SEC's incomplete schedule would allow, meaning Georgia > Florida > LSU > Texas A&M. (Georgia stayed exactly in place even though they lost -- all the other SEC East teams would have lost to Alabama, probably worse than the Bulldogs did.) And I would have dropped Nebraska clear out of the ballot if there wasn't such a total muddle near the bottom of the standings.

I'm not sure where teams can move into the poll with a postseason win. Maybe someone like Tulsa, if they win the Liberty Bowl. Same with San Jose State in their bowl. Beyond that, I can't think of any AQ-league teams that can earn their way back into the rankings, except for Rutgers.
