USF vs. UConn Promotional Poster

Kim Klement-US PRESSWIRE

From a suggestion by Kevin of The UConn Blog, we present this. Watch the tickets go flying off the shelf now.

We started talking to The UConn Blog about this weekend's game and threw out a couple of ideas of what we could do leading up to it. Andrew told us, "I'm very much in favor of Kevin's WWE-style 'Loser Leaves Town' idea for this game, although with the stipulation that the winner also has to leave town."

So thinking about that, I came up with one of those old-time promo posters from the 1950s. When USF suddenly sells thousands of walk-up tickets on game day, you'll know who to thank. (You can click to enlarge.)
