Wisconsin over Oregon at #7 due to being ranked higher in one poll and Oregon losing last week.
West Virginia (#16) over Ohio State (#17) over Penn State (#18) based on quality of win. WVU beat Marshall, Ohio State beat Akron, Penn State beat an FCS team.
Missouri over Notre Dame at #23 due to Missouri winning their game last week.
