Referee Jim Burr lived up to Voodoo's "can't wait to see how he screws up next" prediction here in the Rutgers-St. John's game. The St. John's player clearly steps out of bounds with almost two seconds remaining, possibly traveling and/or getting a technical in the process, but no action is taken.
