USF Schedule of Events: December 26-January 1

We hope you guys had a great Christmas holiday over the weekend. Still nothing but basketball going on, but here's what's happening on Fowler Avenue this week.

Men's Basketball:

HOME: Connecticut on Wednesday, December 28th at 9:00 PM at the St. Pete Times Forum

HOME: Rutgers on Sunday, January 1st at 12:00 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum

Stan Heath and the basketball team start up conference play as they host defending National Champions UConn and Rutgers at the soon to be Tampa Bay Times Forum. Don't know when the venue changes names, but the paper does on January 1 so that's what I'm going with.

Women's Basketball:

TOURNEY: Dayton on Thursday, December 29th at 5:00 PM in Jersey City, NJ

TOURNEY: St. Peter's or Binghamton on Friday, December 30th at 5:00 PM in Jersey City, NJ

Coach Jose Fernandez and the Women's Basketball team finish up non-conference play as they head up to the Garden State to participate in the St. Peter's Holiday Classic. Maybe they'll be able to stay for New Year's Eve and party it up in Times Square.
