After a week off for students to take final exams and for us to trigger our selective memory to forget about football season, we're back with some more mixology. The Bulls face off against the Florida A&M Rattlers this afternoon, and you'll need something to tide you over during a likely USF victory.

Let's see... Rattlers... rattlesnakes... I have some leftover Baileys in my refrigerator... ah, here we go!

BAILEYS RATTLESNAKE

1 ounce Baileys Original Irish Cream (more or less to taste, because Baileys is delicious)
1/2 ounce Yukon Jack, or whatever whiskey you have on hand. Maybe something left over from the Kansas game.

- Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and Yukon Jack.
- Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.

P.S. Did you know there's no apostrophe in Baileys? I didn't either. And I may have written this as a cheap excuse to get the word count up to 150. That ought to do it.
