Just try to remember
USF beat West Virginia back in 2007 when the Mountaineers were ranked fifth in the nation. We’ve played bigger and more historic programs than ours… and won.

Not to mention Florida did not look like a #5 team this past week. If they play like that again we may have an upset in the making or at least keep the game close.

I heard kids talk shit to UF fans last year when we both beat Charleston Southern by 59.
They have and will.
I’m sure us rational fans will have to pay for the antics of other fans in Gainesville on Saturday.

i’ve seen a bunch of posts/forums/videos trashing not only the team, and school, and its hard to defend the rep against a bunch of smack-talking idiots who probably don’t attend UF.
But, yeah, definitely hate when our fans talk smack, b/c if we lose, we get trashed by everyone

Or who didn't finish high school.
I have never begrudged the fandom of someone who actually made it through UF. It’s the hangers-on that annoy me. Toro is going to have much, much more on that topic coming up soon. (How’s that for a tease?)

I know their defense is more than solid
but BJ is more than solid too. I cant not (double negative i know) picture him having a beastly game on Sat. Hopefully a good performance will get us and him some much deserved respect.
