Where will USF end up with swirls of Conference Expansion? vote now

Hey Bulls Fans,

With so many predictions of conference realignments and talk of these mega conferences, I want to hear Bulls fans' predictions. Who does the Big Ten pick up? Who does the SEC or ACC go after?  What will the landscape of college conferences on the East Coast look like in 2, 5, or 10 years from now? Will South Florida become a member of a mega conference, stay in a less powered Big East, or move to a improved Conference USA? Want to hear what everyone thinks. I think ACC is the most likely, but what about you?

Where does USF end up, ACC, Conference USA, Big East, SEC? What teams come with or leave USF behind? Predict away....

Feel free to give lists of new mega conferences.

We're off to the ACC

With the rest of Big East teams not going to the Big 10

ACC hopefully

If the Pac 10 is able to pull the 6 Big XII teams into their conference then the likes of teams like Florida State, Miami, Clemson, and Georgia Tech would be the top targets for the SEC. Any of those teams leaving would help leave open a southern opening in the ACC, (USF). So Bulls fans, I would really be hoping for 3 things. The Pac 10 lands the Oklahoma, and Texas schools to keep them from the SEC. 2nd the SEC bounces back and expands, even to 14 is fine. 3rd hope that the ACC comissioner was bluffing when he said he was happy with 12, and will want to expand like the other 2 or 3 mega conferences.

I wrote a little

article about just this the other day on gobbler country

What if the ACC was the first to go to 16

I think USF would fit in well with the ACC and I don’t think we have to look at it in the end of the world scenario.
