Around SBN: Explaining Jeremy Lin's Early, Surprising Success

USF beats Georgetown. Holy crap.

I haven't watched the entire game yet but I'll say this now. This is the biggest win in USF basketball history. What can you even compare it to? The only games I can think of are the 1990 Sun Belt tournament final which put the Bulls into their first NCAA Tournament, and maybe a huge road win at Tulane in late February of 1992. But I don't think there's ever been this combination of achievement (remember, they also overcame a double-digit deficit in this game) and promise for the future wrapped up in one win.

More later.
